Alogera — Terms of Service Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alogera platform, Telegram Mini App, or website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Alogera provides a technical automation tool for short-term rental hosts in Italy to facilitate guest reporting to the “Alloggiati Web” portal. Alogera is a software provider and is NOT a legal, tax, or hospitality consultant. The Service is designed to assist with, not replace, the Host’s legal obligations under Italian law (TULPS).

3. User Responsibilities (The “Human-in-the-Loop” Rule)

The User (hereinafter “the Host”) is solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • Manual Verification: You are strictly required to review and verify all data extracted via AI/OCR before final submission. Alogera is not liable for errors caused by blurry images or incorrect AI data extraction.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring all guests are reported within the timeframes mandated by Italian law.
  • Credential Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and your government access credentials.
  • Identity Verification: Confirming the physical identity of guests against the documents provided before using the Service.

4. Data Processing & Security

  • Image Deletion: Identity document images are processed for OCR purposes and are deleted immediately after the data extraction is completed. Images are never stored long-term or shared with third parties.
  • Encryption: Sensitive government credentials (Username, Password, and WsKey) are encrypted using AES-256 standards to ensure maximum security.
  • Privacy: All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Pilot Program & Trial Period

  • Early Adaptation Access: During the current Pilot phase, new accounts receive a 90-day free trial period.
  • Nature of Trial: This period offers full access to all features to gather feedback and test system stability.
  • Cancellation: No credit card is required for the trial. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Alogera reserves the right to modify or end the Pilot phase with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alogera shall not be liable for:

  • Fines, criminal charges, or sanctions resulting from the Host’s failure to report guests correctly or on time.
  • Technical downtime, maintenance, or errors of the official “Alloggiati Web” government portal.
  • Indirect damages or loss of income resulting from service interruptions or Telegram connectivity issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
