What is a WsKey?
The WsKey (Web Service Key) is a digital certificate issued by the Polizia di Stato that allows authorized software like Alogera to communicate directly with the Alloggiati Web portal. It's the official, secure method for machine-to-machine reporting.
What happens after the 90 days end?
You'll get a reminder before the trial ends. To continue, you'll be asked to add your payment details and choose a plan — no auto-charge and no surprise fees until you do. If you don't, the service pauses and your data stays in your vault for 30 days in case you want to resume. Got a seasonal property? You can pause payments during low season and restart when bookings pick up again.
Is a Telegram bot really secure for guest data?
Telegram is just the interface — like a keyboard. Your data goes straight to our encrypted EU servers. Nothing stays on Telegram.
How do I get my WsKey?
You can generate it yourself directly within your Alloggiati Web profile. It takes about 2 minutes. Once you join Alogera, we provide a step-by-step PDF guide to help you.
What if I don't want to share my WsKey?
No problem. You can use Alogera in Manual Mode. Our AI still scans passports and extracts data instantly, but instead of auto-submitting, we generate a perfectly formatted .txt file for you to upload. You still save 80% of the time compared to typing everything manually.
Is this legal?
Yes. Alogera uses the official API provided by the Ministry of Interior, which is fully compliant with TULPS regulations. Your data is processed according to GDPR standards and stored in an encrypted vault.
Does Alogera work with my channel manager?
Yes. Alogera imports your bookings via iCal sync, which is supported by Airbnb, Booking.com, and any other service that provides an iCal calendar URL. Bookings flow in automatically — no manual entry, no duplicate work.
What happens when Alloggiati Web is down?
Alogera has Intelligent Retry Logic. If the government servers are offline, our system queues your submission and automatically retries until it goes through. You get the confirmation receipt without having to refresh the page yourself.
Can I invite my team or co-hosts?
Yes! Use "Workspaces" to group properties. Invite staff to manage or view bookings with zero registration friction — they join directly via Telegram. (Available in Pro and Business Plans).
Do you handle ISTAT reporting too?
Not yet — ISTAT is on our roadmap and actively in development. Today, Alogera focuses 100% on Alloggiati Web (Polizia di Stato), which is the report with the tightest deadline and heaviest criminal liability. We'll notify Early Adoption users the moment ISTAT ships.
