Yes. You need a registered, active Telegram account. The Alogera bot runs inside Telegram, and the web app uses Telegram to sign you in (authentication and authorization) — so the same Telegram account gives you access to both, with the same data. There is nothing else to register or install.

You'll get a reminder before the trial ends. To continue, you subscribe to the annual plan — no auto-charge and no surprise fees until you do. Subscriptions never renew automatically: we notify you before your period ends so you can resubscribe. If you don't, the service pauses and your data is kept for a grace period in case you want to resume. Got a seasonal property? You can pause as often as you like, for as little as one day and up to 3 months at a time — your scan tokens are kept — and restart when bookings pick up again.

Yes. Alogera imports your bookings via iCal sync, which is supported by Airbnb, Booking.com, and any other service that provides an iCal calendar URL. Bookings flow in automatically — no manual entry, no duplicate work.

Currently only locks from the TTLock ecosystem. For each stay Alogera generates a unique entry code that works only during that stay, so your guests can let themselves in.

If your smart lock is connected to the internet, you get a notification the first time the door is opened, so you know your guest has arrived. The arrival notification needs the lock to be online.

Yes! Use "Workspaces" to group properties. Invite staff to manage or view bookings with zero registration friction — they join with a single link.

On our side, yes: ID photos are processed in memory and deleted right after reading, and passport numbers are encrypted and permanently deleted once the Questura confirms. But the photos and messages you send stay in your own Telegram chat with the bot, and you are responsible for deleting them. It is easy: turn on Telegram's auto-delete for that chat (open the chat menu → Auto-Delete) and messages and images disappear automatically after a day, a week or a month.

Alloggiati Web is the Polizia di Stato portal where hosts in Italy report every guest. The Questura is the local police headquarters that receives those reports. The TULPS is the Italian public-security law (Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza) behind the requirement. The WsKey is your personal access key that lets software like Alogera file on your behalf.

The WsKey (Web Service Key) is your access key for the Alloggiati Web portal: a digital certificate issued by the Polizia di Stato that allows authorized software like Alogera to communicate directly with the portal. It's the official, secure method for machine-to-machine reporting.

No problem. You can use Alogera in Manual Mode. Our AI still scans passports and extracts data instantly, but instead of auto-submitting, we generate a perfectly formatted .txt file for you to upload. You still save 80% of the time compared to typing everything manually.

Yes. Alogera uses the official API provided by the Ministry of Interior, which is fully compliant with TULPS regulations. Your data is processed according to GDPR standards and stored in an encrypted vault.

Alogera has Intelligent Retry Logic. If the government servers are offline, our system queues your submission and automatically retries until it goes through. You get the confirmation receipt without having to refresh the page yourself.

One token = one guest document scanned by our AI. Tokens are optional. They don't expire while your subscription is active and they are kept when you pause; if your subscription expires, unused tokens are not refunded. Scan packs are non-refundable. Your annual plan includes 30 scans every year, and you can buy more packs anytime from the app.

Yes. Everything still works — you just enter guest data manually instead of scanning the document. Tokens only pay for the AI scan.
